Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Toy House Premium. We are committed for the most hassle-free online shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to support.
RETURNS:
Return & Exchange the products with your freedom. You can return it within 7 days and we will solve the issue in 5 days (for outside Dhaka, it is 10 days), after receiving your notification. You can:
- Return instantly, at the time of delivery
- Return within 15 Days after receiving a delivery (Have to notify within 24 hours)
– Return instantly for any wrong, not as described, defective, damaged product, size mismatch, quality inferiority etc.
– Return instantly if you have change mind to receive the order entirely or part of the order by paying delivery charge.
– To be eligible for a Return or Exchange, you have to notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the order. And, the Return-Exchange is acceptable within 7 days provided the product is unused and its packing is intact and at original condition.
REFUNDS:
Your money is safe and secured with us. Refunds are issued when we cannot provide replacement or, if you want your money back or if different products is delivered, if you change mind & can cancel order before it is shipped or, if you don’t want replacement.
- The refund will be processed after we have completed evaluation of your return.
- Any Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
- Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
- If you have selected Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for your order.
- For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking or Bank Transfer, you will receive a refund in your respective payment method. We will request a refund in bank which may take 7-10 working days. (Credit card payment return may take longer depending on Commercial Banks.
- If you pay us by bKash, you get refund via bKash in your desired account within 2 days.
- If online payment is made twice due to technical error or internet error, payment refund will be made.
- You will receive a refund anytime between 7-10 working days. If you do not receive refund within this time, please write to us at support@monowamart.com and we shall investigate.
Refund process is easy:
– Provide us with Order ID and Reason in details and e-mail : info@toyhousepremium.com
– We will confirm the Refund request and will inform you about the process.
SHIPPING:
– For all the cases, if the Monowa Mart is liable for the fault causing return or exchange, Monowa Mart will bear the Delivery Fee, Return Fee or Refund processing fees.
– For all the cases if customer is responsible causing Return, if the customer change the mind or wish not to receive the products, customer will have to bear the Delivery Fee, Exchange-Return Fees or Refund Fees
